She graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Department of Architecture at Selçuk University. She also completed her master’s degree in Architecture at the same university.

In 2005, she founded her own company and has been actively practicing architecture ever since.

Throughout her career, she has held several positions, including Lecturer at Selçuk University Department of Architecture (2010–2014), Director of the Survey and Project Branch at Antalya Metropolitan Municipality (2014–2017), Chairwoman of the Board at EKDAĞ (2017–2019), and Expert at the Cultural Heritage Preservation Board (2019–2023).

BOZTEPE ERKIŞ has actively participated in numerous social initiatives as a founding and board member of various non-governmental organizations, and has contributed to many national and international academic studies in the field of architecture.

She currently continues to provide architectural project services through her own firm, D2M Architecture.
